Creative Concept
We all love burgers – although everyone knows that fast food is supposed to be bad and quite unhealthy. That's why we came up with the idea to take 'the mother of all fast food' and make a unique slowfood version of it.
Every single part of this burger will be made by ourselves: the buns, the ketchup, the mayonnaise and – most importantly – the patties. We even ground the beef with our own hands and only used regional and organic ingredients.
The great final was an open barbecue to celebrate food with the best burger possible: the self-made burger.
All earnings were donated to 'Food Revolution Day' – initiated by the Jamie Oliver Foundation.
